Hello neighbors! We as a board have two hot topics to share with you!
After many years of serving as our neighborhood treasurer, Bob is resigning from his role as he is relocating out of our community. We wish him the best in his new endeavors and extend our gratitude for his hard work and commitment!
We're thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for volunteers to step into the treasurer role! This important position will be voted on during an upcoming special election. The HOA treasurer responsibilities include:
Develop a budget and control the bank account(s). Including bid collection for billable services.
Generate invoices, statements, fines, liens and debt collection.
Establish payment plans and complete payment requests
Provide Treasury reports for Executive Sessions and Annual Owners’ meeting.
